Aquatic Resource Management

Indonesia, as a tropical region, possesses significant potential and ecosystems of biological resources, such as rivers, mangroves, estuaries, seagrass beds, and coral reefs. However, human utilization of these resources is often uncontrolled or environmentally unfriendly, leading to the degradation of these aquatic biological resource ecosystems. Therefore, in order to preserve the potential of these biological resources, appropriate management strategies are necessary. Regarding its management, a suitable management approach is required, which includes pollution control, resource conservation, and various types of aquatic resource management planning.
